Form Breakdown
- The first step is really simple and it seems like you’re going to be done, but once you submit that step you find out you have to add your credit card information, which adds a bunch of friction
- It’d be nice to have a progress bar on that first step
- The payment step feels really overwhelming with different colors, some things have caps lock, flashing arrows, etc
- The homepage CTA opens up a new tab so overall it feels pretty disjointed
- For a marketing funnel company, I honestly expected it’d be a bit smoother
- I’d love to someone at the company to understand how they tested into this flow
