Form Breakdown
- The entire signup form is embedded in the hero, which is the first time I’ve seen that
- Progress bar could be a more specific about what step you are on
- I really like the 3 qualification questions
- In particular, the last one about how I heard about them
- I bet they get a ton of good data from these questions
- One improvement would be to position the answers to these questions that they will be used to better setup my account, which would give me more incentive to answer accurately
- Another improvement is I’m not really sure what the benefits of creating an account are:
- This is where the signup form embedded in the hero works against them
- If they had just an email capture of CTA in the hero and then had a separate page for the form, then they’d have more real estate (pun intended) to promote the value of creating an account
