- First off, they’ve removed all friction in setting up a free account by having an email capture in the homepage hero and only have three required fields
- Two knocks on them:
- CTA in the hero was below the fold for me
- Most importantly, they don’t have any value props or much copy to handle objections so they must rely on prospective users that have already used the product by scheduling a meeting
