- I feel like this signup form is more to qualify me out and would have liked to have more information upfront about what I can expect at the end
- The monthly payment had a CTA below the fold, which threw me for a loop
- Customer testimonials to the left of the form on higher friction steps like where they capture email and phone is a nice touch
