Form Breakdown

  • The promise on the homepage is to see lenders rates today
  • 23 steps later and I finally see the rates, but need to schedule a call to get an actual quote
  • I feel like this signup form is more to qualify me out and would have liked to have more information upfront about what I can expect at the end
  • The monthly payment had a CTA below the fold, which threw me for a loop
  • Customer testimonials to the left of the form on higher friction steps like where they capture email and phone is a nice touch
