Form Breakdown

  • The form itself is very simple, but you have to go through a gauntlet of questions about your behaviors to calculate your carbon footprint before you create your account
  • The experience of creating an account within the checkout flow was jarring
  • I’d expect to either:
    • Create an account first and then be guided through the checkout flow within the app
    • Or purchase my subscription and then be guided to creating my account
    • As it stands right now, it kind of feels like a freemium experience because I can create my account first, but I don’t understand what the benefits are before doing so
